1. I understand the responsibilities I will have as a company director.
2. I will be responsible for making all payments from my business bank account including, without limitation, corporation tax, PAYE & NI, VAT, reimbursable business expenses and dividend withdrawals.
3. I will be personally responsible for all personal taxes due on my personal income received, including but not limited to, dividends, interest received, rental income etc.
4. I will be responsible for the frequency and amount of dividends payable to the company shareholder/s.
5. IR35 legislation and how it might apply to my company.
6. KAS can only assist me if I supply accurate information in a timely manner when required.
