We don’t believe in offering a complicated, tiered pricing structure. These have a habit of showing a low starting price but as soon as you add in the “optional” extras, you can end up paying a lot more than our all inclusive fee of £150 plus VAT per month for a limited company. Of course there may be other things you would like us to do that don’t fall within the core service and we will agree the fees for these with you up front, but in the majority of cases, our all inclusive package will offer what you need.
New companies
If you are starting out as a contractor you will need to set up your company and register it formally. We can do this for you and can even provide you with a registered office address if you need it. We know it can be daunting setting up a new business, so we will help you throughout the process to make sure things are done correctly, in accordance with business legislation so you can concentrate on your work.
Existing companies
You may already have an existing company that either needs reactivating or you may be looking to move away from your current accounts. Moving accountants can be a complex and time consuming exercise so we will give you help and guidance to ensure that switch goes smoothly.
